Avlabs Dijital Hizmetler Anonim Sirketi (“AVLabs”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the AirPosture mobile application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use AirPosture.
By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Information We Collect
We collect only what is needed to operate, improve, and support AirPosture.
2.1 Information you provide
- Onboarding answers (for example gender, age range, goals, self-assessment preferences), stored to personalize your experience.
- Support messages you send us (for example by email).
2.2 Motion and posture data
- Head and device motion data from your iPhone and, when available, compatible AirPods, used to estimate posture during a tracking session.
- Session summaries such as duration, posture score, and related session history stored on your device and, where applicable, synced with our services to provide the App’s features.
Motion data is processed to deliver posture tracking. We do not sell your posture or motion data.
2.3 Location data (when enabled)
- Approximate location may be used only to help keep posture tracking running reliably while the App is in the background and to add limited context to session history (for example distinguishing walking sessions from desk sessions).
- Location data is not sold. We do not use location for advertising.
You can control location permissions in iOS Settings.
2.4 Device and app information
- Device model, operating system version, app version, language, and country/region settings.
- A stable app user identifier created for analytics and account continuity.
- Diagnostic and crash-related technical information when available.
2.5 Usage and analytics data
- App events such as screen views, button actions, session start/stop, onboarding progress, and similar interaction events used to understand product usage and improve the App.
2.6 Purchase and subscription information
- If you subscribe, we process purchase status, entitlement, and related transaction metadata through Apple and our subscription provider (for example RevenueCat). We do not receive your full payment card details; Apple processes payments.
2.7 Advertising attribution (when applicable)
- We may use attribution services (for example Adjust) to measure which marketing campaigns led to an install or in-app event. On iOS, access to the advertising identifier (IDFA) depends on your App Tracking Transparency choice.
3. How We Use Information
- Provide posture tracking, session history, insights, and related App features
- Personalize onboarding and in-app experience
- Process subscriptions and restore purchases
- Measure app performance, reliability, and feature usage
- Measure marketing campaign effectiveness
- Respond to support requests
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use
4. Legal Bases (where applicable)
Where required by law (including the GDPR), we process personal data on one or more of these bases: performance of a contract, legitimate interests, consent (for optional permissions), and legal obligation.
5. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
- Service providers that help us operate the App (cloud hosting, analytics, attribution, subscription management)
- Apple, for App Store distribution, payments, and platform services
- Authorities, when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security
6. Third-Party Services
The App may use third-party services such as Apple App Store / StoreKit, Firebase, RevenueCat, and Adjust. Each provider has its own privacy policy.
7. Data Retention
We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing the App, maintaining session history you expect to see, complying with legal requirements, resolving disputes, and enforcing agreements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it where reasonably possible.
8. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your Choices and Rights

11. International Transfers
We are based in Turkey and may process or store information in other countries where our service providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
